I bought three of these Agate Jazz picks. All three are 1.1mm thickness, which is why I got them. This is the perfect thickness IMO. The sound of stone on steel strings just shimmers. It's an organic tone that plastic and nylon don't have. The Jazz shape is a little small but great for pitch harmonics. I'm watching the Stone Guitar Picks Shop for any Triplet picks that are 1.1 mm. I've got one of those and it is all-around perfect. If you could let me know if any of these show up, that would be great!
