Shipping is from Israel, via AirMail

We ship daily. All purchased items are shipped the next day except for Saturdays and Public Holidays.

Once item is shipped, we will send the buyer a notification message.
Estimated shipping times is 10-14 working days.
We do not charge extra for packaging and handling.

We accept returns if item is posted within 7 days from date of delivery, no questions asked, buyer pays for return shipping fees.
Item must be returned in its original packaging.
Once we receive the returned goods we will refund the full amount paid at time of purchase to the buyer’s PayPal account. We will only refund to a PayPal account.
In the case of a failure of delivery, or item lost in the post, we will give a full refund made to the buyer’s PayPal account (only).The refund will be issued 30 working days from the date of shipping.
This time duration is to allow for any delays that may occur at the post system which is out of our control.
